About QUALIMAE
Qualimae was established in 1994 by a group of very experienced Underwriters and Due Diligence experts who collaborated with an exceptional programming team in order to develop our own Quality Control software. The idea from the beginning which still holds true today is to create a partnership between the mortgage industry and the tech world in order to ensure quality during the mortgage origination process. This quality control avoids buy backs and misrepresentations that may come back to bite in the future. Qualimae has collaborated and maintained lender relationships which have lasted over 28 years weathering every storm and every crisis we all had to endure. Our contracts at Qualimae are open ended. This means we assure our clients a smooth sailing approach in our continued working relationships without time commitments that tie up a lender if they are ever unhappy. We believe and attempt to make sure our clients are happy in every audit we perform and they are allowed to cancel the contract with Qualimae without any penalties or consequences. We like to consider our company a TRUE service provider in every audit we perform. Qualimae's simple to read and understand reporting system allows our clients the ability to access, correct and address any deficiencies found on a mortgage loan with ease and understanding.
